Aspiration Training opens new office in Redditch
The official opening our new office in Redditch took place today. Alongside our employees, we were pleased to welcome employers, learners and our local MP Rachel Maclean to join us in the celebrations.
It was particularly special for us to be able to celebrate our office opening during National Apprenticeship Week, the annual celebration of apprenticeships, which brings the whole apprenticeship community together to celebrate the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy.
Our business exists to help people develop new skills and confidence, and to help them move into work or progress in their current roles. We also have a strong focus on improving people’s maths and English skills as well as ICT and vocational training.
We were really pleased to be able to award a couple of outstanding local employers and a local learner with our ‘Local Achievement Award’.
Our local achievement awards have been created to celebrate local employers and learners who have worked closely with us to inspire and grow and who have exceeded expectations. The awards celebrate the local diversity of achievement and commitment to training and development.
Congratulations to Leah Oldnall for winning our learner local achievement award. Nominated by and voted for by the Aspiration Training team we can confidently say we have every admiration for her, and her determination and resilience to achieve her level 3 in childcare.
Well done also to two local employers who really embrace apprenticeships and work closely with us to develop and progress their teams. Congratulations to Chessgrove Park Day Nursery and Kiddywinks Day Nursery who both won our employer local achievement award.
Attending to officially open the office, Rachel Maclean, the MP for Redditch, said:
I’m very pleased to be here at the opening of Aspiration Training’s new office today in Redditch during National Apprenticeship Week 2019. I hope it will allow the company to continue to expand the range of training and number of places it offers right across our region. I would like to congratulate the company on the training they’re delivering to people giving them the skills they need for the future.
CEO of Aspiration Training, Iain Salisbury, said:
Moving into the larger more modern space comes as a result of the company’s phenomenal growth over the past few years, which has seen the workforce increase to now employing over 180 people across England and Wales. We’ve outgrown our existing premises and this move is an exciting new progressive development for us.
