DIFFERENT WAYS TO SKILL YOUR TEAM IN ADULT CARE

I have completed the Level 2 and am now working towards the Level 3 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship course with Aspiration Training. It has been, and still is a rewarding and useful experience undertaking these courses. My tutor has always been there to answer any queries I have and our zoom meetings are always relaxed, informative and enjoyable. I have gained a great deal of knowledge that I have been able to apply in my role, which in turn has helped me have more confidence that my customers are receiving the best possible support from me. I would recommend this course to anyone who is about to start, or currently working in care.
