Entering (or re-entering) the world of work can be a tough nut to crack. If you don’t have experience, how do you get any? And if your skills are rusty, where can you turn? Right here.
Our pre-employment courses are designed to give you the advice, techniques, experience and opportunity you need to get ready for work.

You’ll get first-hand knowledge of how the industry works and it allows you to see whether this is what you want to pursue as a career. There are no fees like University and you will earn a decent wage while learning key skills and qualifications!
Visit our courses page to see all of our apprenticeships and see the breakdowns for each sector and qualification level. From here you will be able to see a full list of our apprenticeship vacancies in your area! Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone or email from the ‘contact’ tab for help with options and more information.

Our advice on the coronavirus (COVID-19)
Aspiration Training continues to closely monitor the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to supporting our learners and employers during this time with an increase in remote delivery of our apprenticeships. To read more in regards to our response to COVID-19, please click here.
Whilst we are striving to run our operations largely as normal so that you can continue with your apprenticeship with as little disruption as possible, your health and safety is our top priority, and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it’s critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
Aspiration Training fully embrace flexible and remote working and are set up to deliver teaching and learning to our apprentices through Smart Sessions and other online systems to ensure that they can continue with their apprenticeship and learning. We have strong supports in place to continue working with our employers.
Lockdown exit plans
Aspiration Training set out our lockdown exit plans in May 2020. As restrictions ease or tighten, we will follow four agreed phases of lockdown exit. We have created a short video presentation outlining our plans and phased approach. You can view this below. We will also be updating the lockdown table below as things change, so that you can easily see how each area and sector we work with moves through the phases.
We remain in phase two across the business. The only exceptions are areas in local lockdown where we will operate in line with government guidelines.
We continue to support our learners and employers during this time with remote delivery of our apprenticeships. To read more in regards to our response to COVID-19, please click here.
