Career Progression is available to all learners, meaning, with hard work and determination, the sky is the limit.
Our career pathway booklets show typical routes through the various stages of learning, the knowledge and skills learners will be learning along the way and the career options that may be available as a result. Our Vocational Coaches will provide career pathway documents at the start of the apprenticeship programme.

Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG)
CEIAG is the provision of advice and guidance to assist in supporting learners in making appropriate career decisions and choices which are informed and well thought through. Our CEIAG framework provides clear information on every step of the apprenticeship journey, including what support is available.
Areas covered in the Aspiration Training CEIAG framework are:
Pre-enrolment
Enrolment
Induction
Formal Review (every 8 – 12 weeks)
Right Choice Interview
