Levy transfer service

Transfer up to 50% of your unspent apprenticeship levy funds to gift a smaller business (non-levy) and support the growth of socially impactful sectors

What is the Levy Transfer Service?

In the last five years, £3.8 billion of unused levy has been returned to the UK government.

Employers who pay into the apprenticeship levy and have unused apprenticeship funds can choose to support local and smaller employers, help out in the community and also support a young person with their apprenticeship funding. Employers get to decide who their funding goes to, so you can assist your supply chain or local organisations.

When you transfer your levy funds to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), you benefit companies whose funding and apprenticeship starts are limited, enhance skills for key employment sectors and contribute to the UK economy.

There is a simple process for Levy Payers with unused funding to transfer their funds to an SME, so that they can take on on more apprentices.

Why share your unused levy with our apprentices?

At no extra cost to you, it's a simple fund transfer process with one point of contact at Aspiration Training. You will be supporting high demand, socially impactful sectors to which we provide training; Dental, Adult Care and Education.

Levy contributions deliver greater certainty, reduced complexity, and stronger outcomes, ensuring funds are used efficiently and aligned to known employers and learners.

You will be directly improving the lives of young people, often from lower socio economic groups, gifting them a career pathway and positive step up to the world of work.

We believe that those who actively support social values should be thanked. When you donate your unused levy to our employers and learners, we will acknowledge your commitment to skills development and social impact within priority sectors via our social media platforms.

This is the first time we have used Aspirations Training, and it has been a very thorough process for our trainee nurse. I know the coach is only an email or phone call away should we need any help. I would recommend Aspiration Training for future learners.
