Aged 14-24? Live in the UK? Get your opinions heard.

Aspiration Training is proud to be a Youth Friendly Employer and we work closely with our partner organisation Youth Employment UK (YEUK) to get the voice of young people across the UK heard.

Youth Employment UK’s Youth Voice Census has launched for 2021. This annual survey is a temperature check of how young people aged 14 – 24 are feeling on a range of issues relating to their transition from education to employment. It is important that YEUK  hear from the widest cohort of young people possible in order that they can provide a detailed picture of the youth population.

Youth voice is vital to ensuring services really work for our young people, having your say on what works for you allows us all to better understand the improvements that need to be made.

The annual Youth Voice Census is the most important piece of work YEUK do. It allows young people to share their voice on the experiences and services available to them throughout education and their next steps.

Since its pilot in 2018, over 6,000 young people have told their story, enabling the team at YEUK to build a picture of how young people are navigating the transition from education to employment. They have been able to share what is working and what improvements need to be made, together with partners across the sector and with UK Government policy makers.

There are over 7 million young people in the UK today, so this year, let’s make a BIG impact! The census will be live from the 29th March 2021 and will close on the 1st June
