As an Apprentice Dental Nurse you will be assisting with all clinical aspects within the surgery and providing patients with a high level of care so you must to be able to cope well under pressure and have the ability to be able to put people at ease.
Completing notes and reports
Setting up surgery
Dentist and Practice Manager and working with team
GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Good communication skills

Must have an outgoing personality as you will be interacting with patients
Level 3 Dental Nurse apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing that is recognised by the General Dental Council
- Level 2 functional Skills in Maths and English (if applicable)
Based in a suburb of Bristol, Shirehampton Dental comprises a small team and provides general dentistry services. The service provides dental care under the NHS, and provides and offers private work additionally. Working with a loyal patient base, an Apprentice is currently being sought to train towards supporting the service and team, with a range of duties and work areas which will link with the L3 Dental Nursing accreditation.
Possibility to become a full-time employee upon completion of the apprenticeship.
