Working in administration you are the lifeblood of our organisation, keeping it running behind the scenes. Your main role is to provide administrative support for our office.
Duties will include:
- Filing and retrieving information and documents
- Data entry
- Typing letters and dealing with emails
- Managing diaries
- Maintaining office equipment
- Answering the phone and providing switchboard cover
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred)
GCSE Maths and English A-C or equivalent
Willingness to learn
Confident verbal and written communications
Able to deal with telephone calls with confidence
Ability to work independently and as a team
Act in a professional manner at all times
Must be organised
Polite telephone manner
Commitment and enthusiasm
Bright, bubbly personality
Full training to Level 2 in Business Administration
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (if required)

We have grown from servicing a small number of clients to currently caring for more than 150, with Domiciliary / Home Care throughout the Solihull. In addition we supply Live-In Care throughout Birmingham and West Midlands and many other areas.
Possibility of progressing onto Level 3.
