Business administration apprentice

Job description
Access Bookings are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to work in a fast paced environment out of Pinewood studios.

Daily tasks include;

  • To assist in the organisation and administration of the accommodation bookings from start to finish for the cast, crew and extras.
  • To work as a part of the Sales Team.
  • To assist in managing the accommodation bookings from start to finish for cast, crew and extras.
  • To liaise with the hotels and clients.
  • To show attention to detail.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage own time effectively.
  • To assist with building close relationships with clients.
  • Communication – maintaining effective communications with team leader and team members.
  • Call handling using appropriate etiquette.
  • Flexibility and team work.
  • Carry out all activities with regard to business core values, systems and procedures.
  • Undertake any task assigned to you by Team Leaders or Company Directors.
  • Follow all company Procedures and Policies under the Quality, Environment and Health & Safety employee procedures manual (available on the intranet).

Targets;

  • Answer calls within three rings
  • Acknowledge enquiries within five minutes
  • Provide options/confirmations/cancellations/amendments within two hours
  • Other Department specific targets
Entry requirements

Ability to get to this location within a reasonable amount of time for any of the required shifts (Between 9am and 8pm)
