How does it work?

Aspiration Training offers a range of courses to help support those who are currently in-between jobs to get into work and build confidence. We offer a three week accredited level 1 employability course running four days a week from Monday to Thursday between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.

The course offers a range of subjects including; health and safety, safeguarding, skills and qualities needed for employment, interview skills, effective communication, British values and rights and responsibilities in the workplace.

We can also offer tailored one to one support where needed.

Is it right for me?

If you have little experience or have lost confidence in your work skills, this is the perfect route for you. An expert team are on hand to support and guide you in your weakest areas and build the fundamental techniques and skills required to ensure you’re ready to progress into an apprenticeship and become ‘work ready’.

Traineeships are a great way to root into gaining maths and English qualifications if you didn’t achieve these at GCSE, while being able to access high-quality placement opportunities in a range of sectors to inspire and motivate you, and discover your passion.
