The traineeship was a lot of fun, a truly relaxed experience. Everyone on the traineeship team was very laid back and supportive. If some days I couldn’t come in, which was rare, they’d understand that completely. It was definitely the right environment for me to learn in.

As a very anxious person, sometimes you think that you’re not right for something, but you have to keep going. I was so shocked when I was told I had won ‘Traineeship Learner of the year’, I’m really proud of myself to say that I’ve not only achieved this but I am now working towards completing an apprenticeship following on from completing the traineeship.
