Before I started this traineeship I didn’t have much confidence at all, I would often not speak to anyone, I’d always ask to do the cleaning so I could be by myself and not have to speak. However since working with Roxie, she has encouraged me to start to speak to people more and this has really built up my confidence.

I was so surprised to have been awarded Traineeship Learner of the year, I am so grateful to Aspiration Training for this opportunity.
