I have recently completed a level 4 apprenticeship in Practice Management. The apprenticeship ran for around 18 months with Aspiration Training. I completed this alongside full-time employment as a Trainee Manager within a dental practice.

The apprenticeship was relevant to my job role, and the units were individually selected specifically to suit my job role and working environment.

Aspiration Training has been fully supportive throughout the course, from my registration, right to my final assessment. My tutor, Katie, was very helpful and always available via phone or e-mail if I had any questions. We had regular meetings in person or via zoom. All work was fully explained, and examples and support given. I completed a series of essays and professional discussions relating to different topics, such as financial management and staff development.

The apprenticeship finished with an end point assessment which included 2 assessments. First relating to my course work and questions relating to each topic. The second included a presentation and verbal discussion. I was also asked questions relation to CQC, safeguarding and health and safety.

I really enjoyed the course have found it beneficial in my job role. I would like to progress onto the level 5 course in the future with Aspiration Training.
