We have been working with Aspiration Training since March 2020, just before we went into lockdown. At the time we had a candidate, but no training provider. We put the candidate in contact with Aspiration Training via the website.
Due to Covid-19, our systems of control don’t allow people in. So the vocational coach from Aspiration Training did a lot of Zoom and WebEx sessions with our learners. If the coach hadn’t of done that the apprentices probably wouldn’t have developed and progressed as far as they have.
In my opinion, Aspiration Training is a really good training provider. You can tell that the team care about their learners and support them on their learning journey, providing individual and tailored support. They will do everything they can to get the apprentice through their course.
With the current Covid situation, and the challenges that it has brought, we’ve had times where as a business we have been stretched.
In order for our apprentices to be able to complete the work, we have had to put a lot of changes in place due the nursery not allowing external visitors, and we are so grateful for you for working around us, using remote communication via zoom and being in constant contact with me to ensure the course is being covered. Aspiration Training provided our apprentices with lots of opportunities to speak with their coaches and they feel very supported, taking time to speak on the phone and answer emails quickly and efficiently. The communication has been great throughout and someone always gets back to us.
In times when the enthusiasm was lacking from the apprentices Aspiration Training has been a driving force for them and given them the boost and guidance they needed during the pandemic, I feel the team at Aspiration Training have really gone above and beyond as a trainer and been inspirational to us all. I will continue to use Aspiration Training to develop and train my team.
