I have been working alongside Aspiration Training for a number of years; when I am trying to recruit for an apprentice dental nurse, my first point of contact is Joanne Wilson (Jo).

Jo is always helpful in screening any applicants they receive and knows what we as a business are looking for in an applicant. She is always helpful in arranging the interviews and, during the height of the covid pandemic, arranged the interviews online via Zoom for us.

After recruitment, Jo will carry out a DBS check, and this is all done at the convenience of the practice and apprentice.

All in all, Jo is helpful and approachable, and I feel we have built a good relationship over the years; it’s great to know you have a contact you can call upon when you need advice, and they are happy to help.
