As a business, we have a high expectation of new apprentices as they come through the door, and Aspiration Training has been fully aligned with our goals and what we want to achieve and get out of our apprentices. Aspiration Training are more or less like an extension of Little Steps. I can’t thank Aspiration Training enough because the quality of apprentices that have come through the door is 100% better than we’ve ever had before.
