“We have worked with Aspiration Training since 2014, since then quite a few staff have achieved their level 2, 3 and 5 apprenticeships. Our staff were given excellent support whilst gaining their qualifications and have enjoyed doing them.

We always get excellent service from Aspiration Training. From the learners being signed up right through to the end of the learners’ qualifications. I am involved in the apprentice’s progress and updated every month through Smart Assessor and emails. I can easily track how my apprentices are progressing. The assessors are always approachable and always at hand to discuss any concerns.

The apprenticeship programmes provided have further developed the team, it recognises the work that was completed at induction and builds on this and the mandatory training. Having qualified carers helps the business grow and has enabled us to meet our contractual requirements. There has been no complications up to now and the staff are able to register with Social Care Wales upon completion of their apprenticeship.”
