Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with our previous training provider where communication wasn’t very good and we didn’t feel our learners were supported appropriately. What we really like about Aspiration Training is the level of communication. Right from the outset, Aspiration Training were very aware of what we were looking for as a business and which apprentices would be the right fit for our business. They do the initial screening and interviewing for us and then pass on candidates that they feel are the right fit for our business. Once we take on an apprentice, we also feel we are kept informed about our learners’ strengths and weaknesses. Any feedback we have about practical work is taken on board and the training is tailored to suit our business and our objectives. The big thing for us is that Aspiration Training are so flexible and can tailor the training to our needs. Our goal is to keep providing outstanding childcare and working with Aspiration Training helps us to develop our staff and take on new team members who are trained to suit the business. We have taken on all our apprentices that have been placed through Aspiration Training as full-time employees, which is testament in itself to how well the training has worked for both the learner and for us as a business.
