Aspiration Training is happy to announce that we have successfully gained the status as an ‘endorsed provider’ by Skills for Care in recognition for our on-going commitment to the highest quality training in the care sector.

What is the endorsement?

Skills for Care endorsement is the bespoke quality mark that is given to the best learning and development providers within the adult social care sector.

The Skills for Care endorsement embeds the Common Inspection Framework, National Occupational Standards for Learning and Development and the Leadership Qualities Framework.

It was developed following the Cavendish Review, recommendation 5 and on the request from employers to have a site where they can easily find high quality training providers, taking away the uncertainty and need to trawl through the minefield of existing providers.

The endorsement is unique, to become endorsed you must be able to clearly evidence that the training delivered makes a significant difference, not only to the learner but also to the person accessing care and support.

What does this show about Aspiration Training?

By achieving Skills for Care national endorsement Aspiration Training has demonstrated that our:

  • apprenticeship programmes provide high quality, specialist and bespoke learning
  • our apprenticeship programmes respond to individual learner needs
  • our apprenticeship provision meet the needs of learners with relevant assessments in place
  • our tutors make effective use of appropriate teaching and learning aids and resources
  • business and programmes are effectively managed
  • systems effectively monitor standards and allow for continuous improvement

Throughout the endorsed provider application process, Aspiration Training have been able to demonstrate the quality of service we offer to employers and apprentices, alongside our proactive approach to staying abreast of apprenticeship developments and best practice. We are delighted that our application and evidence was validated by the experiences of both our customers and apprentices, demonstrating the strength of our provision for the sector.
