Outstanding contribution to traineeships

Each month at Aspiration Training our teams nominate employers whom they feel have made an outstanding contribution to supporting our learners with apprenticeships and traineeships. Each nomination is then voted on and a monthly award given.

This month we congratulate our employer partner ‘Green Coat Nursery’ on their outstanding contribution to traineeships. Tabraz Kahn, the nursery manager and her team are always open to taking on new learners and supporting those with difficulties.

Fatehi Ali, Aspiration Training’s recruitment and business development consultant made this statement about them.

“We have worked with Green Coat Nursery for the past 12 months and they have been very supportive of our traineeship learners, taking candidates for their 100 hours placements, providing an outstanding training and work experience for both Childcare and Business Admin and giving full support and flexibility to learners with anxiety or those who are lacking confidence. This employer is also open to offer the apprenticeship position to candidates who prove themselves during the traineeship placement. We are very thankful for all the support Green Coat Nursery has shown over the past 12 months and looking forward to continue to build a good working relationship with this employer to help more of our traineeship learners develop and progress within their setting.”
