Aspiration Training win award for ‘Best Training Provider & Employer Partnership’ in the 2021 Rate My Apprenticeship Awards

Now in their seventh year, the Rate My Apprenticeship Awards bring together apprentices, schools & colleges, employers and training providers to celebrate incredible achievements in the apprenticeship market. The virtual Awards took place on Thursday 15th July and saw over 500 people come together to celebrate.

Aspiration Training is delighted to have won the brand new award for 2021 ‘Best Training Provider & Employer Partnership’ for our collaboration and partnership with Gloucestershire County Council. Gloucestershire County Council and Aspiration Training started working together in 2018. Gloucestershire County Council were looking for a provider to support the delivery of a range of Health & Social Care and Management apprenticeships for the Gloucestershire County Council team to increase and improve their portfolio. Due to the success of the partnership and quality of the apprenticeship delivery, Aspiration Training were soon asked to support Gloucestershire County Council with Levy Transfer funds supporting local SMEs creating new apprenticeship opportunities and upskilling existing workforce.

The partnership has meant achieving a positive impact on the area as a whole and reinvesting in local economy whilst upskilling the workforce of the future.

Rated number 5 out of 50 in the Top 50 Training Providers Table

In addition to winning the Best Training Provider & Employer Partnership Award, Aspiration Training also ranked number 5 in the Top 50 Training Providers table.
