Description

This course will give you an awareness of why complaints arise in dental settings and how to handle complaints effectively, in accordance with practice policies and procedures. You will gain insight into what complaints are, recognising them, responsibilities, management steps, and how to deal with complaints when they arise.

This CPD course links to the General Dental Council (GDC) Outcome A.
