Learners will understand the benefits of good time management, be able to plan their own use of time and know how to improve their own time management.

Learning outcome 1: Know the benefits of good time management and some ways to promote it.

  • 1.1 State the benefits of good time management.
  • 1.2 Give examples of the effects of poor time management.
  • 1.3 List different ways to promote good time management.

Learning outcome 2: Be able to plan your own use of time.
