Learners will develop their understanding of the different problems that may arise in a place of work, how they can be solved and how to recognise possible solutions to a specific problem.Each learning outcome in this interactive unit is broken down into topics which cover the assessment criteria.

Learning outcome 1: Understand the different types of problems they might encounter in a place of work.
