To celebrate the launch, we’d love to tell you a bit more about it.
Why?
We want as many young people to hear about our outstanding apprenticeship training and recruitment opportunities as possible. That means going to the places where young people already are – and Youth Employment UK is a youth-led organisation that’s recognised nationwide for its pioneering work to champion youth employment. Branching out to inspire and inform as many young people as possible makes sense.
Who?
We chose Youth Employment UK to help showcase what we do because they have been working tirelessly since 2012 to engage and support employers, training providers, educators, charities and Government in all areas of youth employment. Like us, they know how important it is to educate, inspire and actively help young people to develop their life and work skills and learn more about rewarding opportunities. That’s what apprenticeships are all about – helping young people build skills for the future, earning a salary while gaining experience and work confidence.
How?
Young people can use the Aspiration Training Careers Zone to see personal stories from other young people who have become learners with Aspiration. They can find out about all the different training and recruitment opportunities we offer, from childcare and dental nursing to teaching and management careers. And, of course, they can get inspired with Learner of the Month videos (congratulations for becoming Learner of the Month in March 2019, Billie-Mae Cullinane-Haynes!). Who knows? Perhaps a future Learner of the Month could be hearing about Aspiration Training on our Youth Employment UK careers zone right now.
