At Aspiration Training, we work hard to achieve the highest standards, and everything we do is continually inspected by a variety of regulators, including Ofsted and Estyn. Maintaining rigorous internal quality improvement systems and processes such as teaching and learning observations, compliance audits, employee reviews and systematic analysis customer feedback all ensure a high quality of service delivery. We listen and act upon the feedback we receive from learners, employers and employees and regular reviews allow us to keep improving our provision and working practice. We use data effectively to regularly manage performance measures and we also undertake an annual self-assessment process. Our commitment to quality is always reflected in the feedback from inspectors. After their latest visits, both Estyn and Ofsted rated us as good in all areas.
