Employer of the month – Archway Court Day Nursery – October 2021
Outstanding support
Each month at Aspiration Training, we get our team to nominate employers they feel have made an outstanding contribution to supporting learners with apprenticeships and traineeships. Each nomination is then voted on anonymously and a winner selected and honoured with the title as our ‘Employer of the month’.
This month, we would like to congratulate ‘Archway Court Day Nursery’ and their Manager Hannah Davis for winning the October ‘Employer of the month’ award.
Hayley Kettle, our Business Development Manager who nominated Hannah Davis and ‘Archway Court Day Nursery’ said:.
“I nominated Archway Court Day Nursery as they have been outstanding over the whole of this last year in supporting their team members in their learning. Furthermore, they fully engage with the Aspiration Training operations and business development teams. They respond to any issues and queries in a quick manner via a phone call or a WhatsApp message, and Hannah is always approachable and available to support her apprentices. ”
Hayley continues…
“Learner attendance from this setting at workshops is always good, and we have learners that are fully engaged, wanting to learn through either the delivery of apprenticeships or Transition to Playwork Award. I feel strongly that this employer is worthy of the ‘Employer of the month’ Award.”
In response to the great news and winning this award, Hannah said…
“It is an honour for us to be nominated and for us to have won this award. We will continue to work in partnership with Aspiration Training to help individuals to achieve their qualifications. We look forward to the future.”
