Outstanding contribution to apprenticeships

Each month at Aspiration Training our teams nominate employers whom they feel have made an outstanding contribution to supporting our learners with apprenticeships and traineeships. Each nomination is then voted on and a monthly award given.

This month’s winner is ‘Hollylodge Residential Home (Virgo)’ for their continued support and dedication for their employees and to us at Aspiration Training. Hollylodge’s Manager, Susan Kelly, holds herself and her team too  exceptionally high standards which is demonstrated through her work ethic and issue resolution.

Our Business Development Manager, Alyson Dale, who nominated Susan and Hollylodge stated…

Usually the same day if she can. If all employers were like her, we would have very few issues with learners in training with us.”
