Iain SalisburyChief Executive Officer
Kelly WindsorManaging Director - England
Malcolm is one of the three owners of Aspiration Training, who acquired the business in 2002. His background is board level business management, mainly in international service sector organisations. Prior to becoming the Chairman of Aspiration Training Malcolm was the Managing Director of Exel Logistics ; a non-executive Director of SGS UK and, for over ten years to June 2017, CEO of Aspiration Training. A business graduate, he lives in Cheltenham and his interests include politics and sport.
Iain has been working in the training & employability sector for over ten years. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Aspiration Training Ltd in 2017 he held a number of strategic positions, including; CEO of one of the largest Apprenticeship providers in the UK, Employability Director at a large College and Director of the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA). Iain has a wealth of experience of the vocational training and Apprenticeship markets across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. He has supported government in a range of policy initiatives including designing Employability programmes; integrating skills and employment provision and developing Self Employment provision for unemployed individuals. Iain has an MBA from the Open University and lives in Wales with his wife and two daughters
Kelly started working at Aspiration Training almost 14 years ago and throughout this time has undertaken numerous roles from trainer to Managing Director. Kelly is a keen music fan and spends much of her free time at gigs and festivals.
Neil has worked in the education sector for over 16 years operating at Senior Director and board level for a variety of corporate and medium sized organisations across Wales and the rest of the UK. He holds a wealth of experience in Apprenticeships and is an expert in developing excellent teaching and learning. Neil also brings significant understanding of a variety of business disciplines having held positions such as National Sales Director as well as other more operationally focused directorates. In his spare time Neil is a keen sportsman and enjoys running and cycling, he lives in South Wales with his wife and two children.
Lisa has lectured, assessed and managed within work-based learning and higher education for nearly two decades and has worked at Aspiration Training for over twelve years. Lisa holds a BA (Hons), Masters in Education and PGCE in Post Compulsory in Education. She is a fluent Welsh speaker and spends her spare time with husband and three sons in South Wales.
Lee has worked in the ICT for over 22 years and has experience within many different sectors with a variety of different technologies. Lee has been the ICT Director at Aspiration Training for over four years and is passionate about using technology to improve learning experiences and efficiency for all. Lee was previously a professional footballer with Mansfield town and lives with his family in Nottinghamshire.

Tony has worked exclusively in the training sector since 2008, when he joined Aspiration Training on a full time basis, having been a member of the team which acquired the business in 2002. He is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying in 1990 and spending 10 years with Deloittes, having graduated from Leeds University in 1986. He has a wealth of board level experience in a variety of sectors and lives with his partner in Sheffield.
Doug is one of the three owners of Aspiration Training, who acquired the business in 2002. As a non-Executive Director he supports the direction and strategy of the business and its executives. Prior to his involvement in Aspiration Training Doug spent many years in senior roles in the Recruitment industry. During this time he developed a training division to support and complement the recruitment side of the business the MBO of which led to what was to become Aspiration Training. Doug is a keen climber and musician and lives in Derby with his wife.
‘Graham brings a wealth of experience as company director having been previously CEO of an AIM listed technology company, a director of one of the country’s leading mobile telephone companies and is a director, investor and adviser to five other companies. He is passionate about developing young talent as well as providing individuals with career-long learning and personal development opportunities. He is also active in the charity sector through which he provides support to a number of schools in inner London.
