Management – Level 3

What's involved?


The Apprenticeship is designed for individuals that are new to management but have responsibility for managing others e.g. Trainee Manager, Trainee Supervisor and Co-ordinators. This qualification can be completed by existing or new employees.

How long is the course?

The Management Level 3 course is ran for a duration of 14 months.

Other information


Learners will be assigned a Vocational Trainer for support with all of the qualification. They will visit the learner in the workplace and provide them with email and telephone support between visits.

Learners will also be given free access to our e-portfolio system, Smart Assessor, which will include all of the resources need to complete your qualifications.

  • Level 2 Essential Application of Number Skills
  • Level 2 Essential Communication Skills
  • Level 2 Essential Digital Literacy Skills



ou must be aged 16 years or older to enrol.

There are no formal requirements for the Level 3 Health and Social Care Apprenticeship.

Prior knowledge in a relevant sector is desired, however, not always required. We recommend completing our Level 2 Apprenticeship in Management as a good entry point into this career.
