Management Level 3

Team leading/Supervisor – Level 3


The Advanced Apprenticeship is designed for individuals that are new to management but have responsibility for managing others e.g. Trainee managers, Trainee Supervisors and Co-ordinators. This qualification can be completed by existing or new employees.


How long is the course?

The Management Level 3 course is ran for a duration of 14 months.



Other information

Learners will be assigned a Vocational Trainer for support with all of the qualifications. They will visit the learner in the workplace and provide them with email and telephone support between visits.

Learners will be given free access to our e-portfolio system, Smart Assessor, which will include all of the resources you need to complete the qualifications.

What qualifications will learners achieve?
  • Level 2 Award in Employment Responsibilities and Rights
  • Level 3 Diploma in Management
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
  • Level  2 Functional Skills in ICT



You must be aged 16 years or older to enrol.

There are no formal requirements for the Level 3 Health and Social Care Apprenticeship.

Prior knowledge in a relevant sector is desired, however, not always required. We recommend completing our Level 2 Apprenticeship in Management as a good entry point into this career.
