Aspiration Training is pleased to now be offering Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Level 4 as a part of its Health & Social Care offering.

This apprenticeship is aimed at individuals who will use their experience and knowledge to guide and inspire team members to make positive differences in someone’s life when they are faced with a range of challenges. A Lead Practitioner will also become a coach and mentor to others, assessing performance and the quality of care delivery.

Get in touch with us to find out more about taking part in this course.

Adult Care Level 4

The Level 4 qualification will suit those individuals who are currently working in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care and some other healthcare settings. Bridging that gap between our current Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 and Leader in Adult Care Level 5, this qualification will take 16 months to complete plus a 3-month End Point Assessment (End-point assessment for this Standard consists of a 60-minute Observation followed by 15 minutes of questioning and a 90-minute Professional discussion) with the learner being awarded the Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Standard, the Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care and English and Maths Level 2 (if applicable) on successful completion.

Following on from the completion of Level 4, should the learner wish to do so, our Leader in Adult Care Level 5 will offer that next step up in the Health & Social Care sector by becoming responsible for business development, financial control, organisational resilience and continuity as well as for managing risk and leading an organisational change all whilst being the leader of a care team.
