All roles allow for flexible working and hybrid working. We expect our Team Members to be available between core hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm, but how you manage your diary and productivity is up to you. This means there is ample opportunity to do the school-run, attend medical appointments, focus on health and well-being. All we ask in return is to ensure your outputs and productivity are where they need to be. Your monthly 121 with your line manager will support you in staying on track.
our suite of benefits
We regularly benchmark our salaries and benefits to ensure we remain competitive and to offer as much total reward to our Team members as possible. Your monthly salary will be paid directly into your bank account on the last Friday of every month, except on bank holidays or in December, when an alternative date will be communicated.
We love to reward our Team Members further, and you will be eligible to take part in either a quarterly incentive scheme or an annual bonus scheme, dependent on your job role. Bonus and incentive payments are performance related and are non-contractual, full details of your specific scheme will be provided within your first few weeks of joining us.
Hours and flexibility
Our standard working hours are 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, with an early finish at 4:00pm on Friday.
We believe that flexible working can increase Team Member motivation, promote work-life balance, reduce stress and improve overall performance and productivity. We, therefore, allow you to plan and manage your working days to meet your contracted hours of work. In agreement with your line manager, you can be flexible with your start and finish times, as long as our core hours of business, 10:00am to 2:00pm, are worked.
Home or hybrid working
Whether your contract of employment states you are home, office or field based, we offer flexibility to manage your working week in a way that works for you. We ask you to keep your line manager informed of where you are working and that you meet the requirements of your job role. We have policies in place to support Team members who may be lone working to ensure their safety at all times.
Love2Shop and NUS cards
We provide you with a Love2Shop and NUS card, unlocking access to discounts, deals and flash sales across high street brands, UK attractions, eating out, tech and travel. We love to recognise and reward our Team members who go above and beyond by crediting your cards with awards for you to spend.
In recognition of your special day, you will receive a payment on your Love2Shop card starting from £50 for less than 1 years' service ranging up to £1000 every year for being with us for 10 years.
Medical contributions, insurance and assurance
We offer a range of contributions to cover dental care, eye tests and glasses, flu jabs, as well as private medical insurance, group income protection and group life assurance. Each contribution will have a different entitlement and ways to apply and full details will be provided at the start of our journey with us.
You might not be thinking about retirement yet, but we have you covered. After your first three months with us, you will automatically be enrolled into our pension scheme, once participating, you may wish to alter your pension contributions.
Our generous annual leave cycle runs from 1st January to 31st December. We understand the importance of regular time off for your health and wellbeing, and so we offer a holiday purchase scheme to all Team Members. So in addition to the incremental increases to your annual leave entitlement each year, you can also top up your leave with additional days you can purchase.
