Outstanding contribution to apprenticeships

Each month at Aspiration Training, our teams nominate employers whom they feel have made an outstanding contribution to supporting our learners with apprenticeships and traineeships. Each nomination is then voted on and a monthly award given.

This month’s winner is ‘Forward (Wales) Ltd’ for their continued support and dedication for their employees and to us at Aspiration Training. Forward (Wales) Ltd manager Marc Evans, continuously improves professional development for himself and his apprentices and contributes with valuable input and great service.

Our Business Development Manager, Alyson Dale, who nominated ‘Forward (Wales)’ stated…

“Having worked with this employer for well over 10 years. I believe they are worthy of this nomination for the support that they give to their apprenticeships for the duration of the course. Marc is always interested to know how his staff are progressing, he removes barriers to learning and provides help and support whenever he can. He responds quickly to emails if we have concerns and works with us to resolve issues. He recently participated in an employer forum to discuss COVID – 19 and his input was invaluable. He is very knowledgeable on Health and Social Care and nothing is too much trouble for him. He values his staff and apprentices. Although a small business, ‘Forward (Wales) Ltd’ provides a great service.”

Upon receiving this fantastic news, Marc Evans responded with…

“Thank you for the award. We at Forward Wales have enjoyed our long partnership with Aspiration Training for over ten years. All of us have received training and hope to continue this working relationship as we value the quality of education gained and contribution to our ongoing development for the benefit of service.”

We are very excited about working with ‘Forward (Wales)’ in the future and value our ongoing relationship with Marc. We admire his continual development for his apprentices and business as it demonstrates the essential passion needed to succeed in health and social care sector.

Congratulations to Marc and ‘Forward (Wales)’ for your outstanding contribution to apprenticeships.
