We are seeking a Skills Coach to join our wonderful Essential Skills team in Wales. The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for pastoral support and deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience for diverse groups of learners against the Functional Skills maths and English core curriculum, and support learning using a range of teaching and coaching methods, digital technologies and dynamic learning resources to create an engaging learning environment which motivates and stretches learners to achieve or exceed their learning goals.
In addition to a fantastic benefits package, this role offers a salary of £23,000 to £25,000, plus an OTE of up to £30,000 per annum
