We are seeking an experienced Sector Manager to join our wonderful team in Wales for a 15-month fixed-term contract. The main purpose of this role is to performance manage, mentor and coach a team, to hit their KPIs and deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience for learners. Ensuring as many learners achieve their qualification as possible using various teaching and coaching methods embracing digital technology.
