Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking a Sales Performance Manager to be responsible for leading and developing sales and enrolment team members to ensure performance measures are consistently achieved, to a high standard, contributing to overall company revenue and learner start targets.

Key Duties
  • Support team members to maximise performance levels, ensuring KPIs are achieved through tactical planning and effective time management
  • Mentoring Enrolment Officers to ensure planned learner enrolments are effectively scheduled and completed accurately in line with funding eligibility
  • Supporting Careers Advisors with maintaining agreed volume of live apprenticeship vacancies, focusing on timely conversion
  • Drive company focus to increase CEIAG activity, identifying opportunities to increase candidate engagement and participation
  • Support Business Development Executives to ensure timely follow up of inbound marketing leads and enquiries
  • Accurate tracking and reporting of team activity through relevant systems
  • Regular interaction with Head of Business Development to ensure open and transparent lines of communication with planning and targeting of team activities in line with BD priorities and needs
  • Deliver against agreed monthly/quarterly team targets ensuring these are in line with business requirements
  • Awareness and adherence of apprenticeship funding rules and learner eligibility to support team members
  • Actively demonstrate and manage team members against performance management criteria
  • Work closely with Heads of Operations to ensure ongoing awareness of capacity and competency across geographical areas
  • Host regular video calls and remote training sessions with the team to drive team efficiencies.
  • Contribute and present at Company and SMT meetings
  • Liaise with marketing to influence, develop and launch effective campaigns, contributing to overall marketing plan to generate leads and drive employer engagement
  • Provide inspirational leadership and develop business development team members to create high performance culture
  • Manage and coach direct reports, overseeing performance management, development of sales support team
  • Ensure sales support team has an effective sales training/CPD programme
  • Ensure CRM is being used effectively and accurately for reporting
  • Ensure team deliver quality sales and learner enrolments in line with Quality & Compliance expectations
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
Qualifications and Experience

Desirable experience

  • 3+ yrs leadership experience
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM Systems and diary management

Previous exposure to apprenticeships and learner engagement desirable
