Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with experience and proven success in a leadership role? Someone who can draw the best from their team members and drive a high performance culture whilst ensuring best practice is always delivered to the client?

We are seeking a Head of Business Development to join our wonderful team in England, working remotely covering the West Midlands. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading and developing a sales team across all business development activities in region, ensuring company revenue and learner start targets are consistently delivered in line with sales strategy and delivering on their own personal KPIs. 

The salary banding for this role will be a range of £40,000 to £42,300 per annum depending on experience.
