Enrolment Compliance Officer

Aspiration Training are currently looking to recruit an Enrolment Compliance Officer with a passion for providing a high level of customer service to assist employers in administering Apprenticeship Service Account activities, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and payment processes.

Key Duties

Quality & Compliance:

  •  Supports employers remotely at all stages of Apprenticeship Service Account administration including account set-up, reserving funding, allocating/authorising cohorts and account changes
  • Rapidly engages employers to support all Change of Employer requests so learners can smoothly transition to new employers, managing the end-to-end process to completion
  • Engages with new employers to provide comprehensive overview of learner’s progress, course overview and financial requirements of transferring course to new employer
  • Supports learners who change employment to assist with retaining them on programme to allow completion of qualification
  • Ensures employer Direct Debit mandates are completed for every enrolment
  • Resolves data mismatches (DLOCK errors) in a timely manner for all learners signed up through the Apprenticeship Service Account
  • Maintains accurate MI, tracking and reporting to show the status of all data mismatches, change of employer requests and Direct Debit mandates
  • Maintains awareness of funding rule changes to inform process improvements
  • Supports audit preparation, compliance and action planning to improve enrolment processes in line with contractual requirements

  • Minimises funding payback through swift resolution of data mismatches

Person Specification
  • Experienced compliance professional with a passion for getting things right
  • Proven communicator, with the ability to engage and nurture relationships with learners and employers
  • Competent in the use of technology with excellent IT skills and experience with maximising the potential of CRM system

Satisfactory Employment/Disclosure checks, commensurate to job role

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience of remote learner and employer engagement
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and Apprenticeship Service Account (desirable)
• Previous exposure to apprenticeships and funding rules
