Data Management Administrator

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of learner documentation and administration to ensure compliance and adherence with funding and awarding body requirements.

Key Duties

People:

  • Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained
  • Strive to maintain positive working relationships across the team

Quality & Compliance:

  • Keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times
  • Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures
  • Commits and contributes to maintaining an effective safeguarding culture and takes responsibility for helping to protect colleagues and learners against any risk of harm, including all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse
  • Ensures all administrative and processing activities are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensures learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
  • Maintains accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Works to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies

Stakeholders:

  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service
  • To demonstrate and uphold the company values, creating a great place to work for all
  • Establish and maintain strong, relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external

Growth:

Due to the nature of work and the stakeholders we work with, we follow strict safer recruitment practices to include behaviour interviews coupled with competency CV and qualification checks. Furthermore, all roles are subject to an enhanced DBS, 3 years referencing and social media checks upon successful employment.

Qualifications and Experience

Knowledge & Desirable Experience:

  • Prior experience of working in office based administrative role
  • Previous exposure to learner management systems (desirable)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Level 2 English and maths

  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learning environments
