Sound good?… We are seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Redditch, who will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of learner documentation and administration ensuring outstanding levels of compliance with funding body requirements and codes of practice and excellent levels of support to stakeholders. Provision of first aid continuity cover for the office.

Due to the nature of work and the stakeholders we work with, we follow strict safer recruitment practices to include references, DBS and behaviour interviews coupled with competency CV and qualification checks. Furthermore, all roles are subject to an enhanced DBS upon successful employment.

Key Duties

People:

Quality & Compliance:

  • Keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times
  • Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures
  • Commits and contributes to maintaining an effective safeguarding culture and takes responsibility for helping to protect colleagues and learners against any risk of harm, including all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse
  • Ensures all administrative and processing activities across all funding streams are completed accurately in a timely manner and in line with funding rules and regulations
  • Ensure learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
  • Maintain accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner data management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Work to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies
  • Monitoring the day-to-day central operational email traffic
  • Undertake awarding body registrations and certifications
  • Comply with Aspiration Training’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies

  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service

Skills and Experience

Experience:

  • Prior experience of working accurately and efficiently in data entry
  • Desire to develop good working knowledge and understanding of the current ESFA funding rules – full training will be given
  • Previous exposure to CRM and Learner Management systems (desirable)

Qualifications:

  • Holds, or willingness to work toward, First Aid certification
  • Level 2 English and maths

Skills:

  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learning environments
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High levels of commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Competent numeracy skills
  • Excellent planning, organising and time management
