Data Administrator

We are seeking a Data Administrator based at the Redditch office on a three month contract, with the opportunity of temp-perm to be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of learner documentation and administration to ensure compliance and adherence with funding and awarding body requirements.

Key Duties

People:

  • Ensure own CPD and professional competency is maintained
  • Strive to maintain positive working relationships across the team
  • Maintain a flexible approach to support your team and the wider business

Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensures all administrative and processing activities are completed accurately and timely
  • Ensures learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations
  • Maintains accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Works to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies
  • Keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding. Playing your part to protect colleagues and learners against all types of bullying, radicalisation or abuse
  • Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures

Stakeholders:

  • Establish and maintain strong, relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the Company and all of the services it delivers through excellent customer service
  • To demonstrate and uphold the company values, creating a great place to work for all

Skills and Experience

Skills

  • Competent in the use of technology e.g. Microsoft office and learner management/ databases
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • IT literacy including knowledge of the Maytas system

Experience

  • Prior experience of working in office based administrative role
  • Office based/administration experience
