Data Administrator

We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail who will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of learner documentation and administration to ensure compliance and adherence with funding and awarding body requirements.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensures all administrative and processing activities are completed accurately and timely  
  • Ensures learner eligibility requirements are met in line with funding rules and compliance expectations 
  • Maintains accurate manual and electronic learner records ensuring learner management system and tracking tools are used effectively
  • Works to audit expectations of funding and awarding bodies   
  • Keep up to date with and adhere to company, policies and procedures at all times 
  • Take responsibility for the protection of data in line with policies and procedures 
  • Establish and maintain strong, relationships with all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external

Personal specification

Experience & knowledge

  • Prior experience of working in office based administrative role 
  • Previous exposure to learner management systems (desirable) 


  • Competent in the use of technology e.g. Microsoft office and learner management/ databases  
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Competent numeracy skills 
  • Planning, organising and time management 
  • Good communicator, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders 


  • Proactive and can-do approach 
  • Self-motivated 
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving 
  • Diligent in approach to compliance
