Customer Service Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Administration team in the role of Customer Service Executive based in Cardiff, Wales. The role will suit someone who has very good attention to detail, takes great pride in the level of service that they offer and works well with others. You will coordinate the various activities of the learner journey from enrolment through to achievement, by supporting the Operational teams with administration and positive interventions that removes barriers and improves learner retention and achievement.

Key duties

Key Duties: 

  • Co-ordinate learner workshop bookings and attendance with operational team to support achievement
  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company and all of the services it delivers
  • Chasing / Auditing of evidence for new learners being signed-up on programme
  • Liaising with Business Development Managers to arrange sign-up of new learners
  • Booking learners onto workshops using Bookwhen
  • Signing learners up using Maytas systems, Signables and Vision
  • Ensuring continuous management of the progress status via CRM

Knowledge and Experience

  • High levels of customer service experience
  • Use of learner or employer management systems

Desirable Qualifications

  • Level 2 English and maths or equivalent


  • Competent in the use and purpose of technology with strong IT skills in Microsoft office, learner management systems and Virtual learning environments
  • Ability to speak Welsh (desirable) for Wales based employees
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sound attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively influence
  • Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Ability to meet target deadlines
