We are looking for a Careers Advisor to take responsibility for the recruitment, placement and retention of apprentices on behalf of Aspiration Training and our employers who partner with us. This role will include identifying and sourcing apprenticeship vacancies for a designated caseload of candidates, providing tailored career advice and guidance and supporting apprentices to secure their role and transition into employment.
