Apprentice (Business Administration/Data Management)

We are seeking an Apprentice who would like to grow their career in a business administration role, and who is particularly interested in Data Management. This will be a busy but exciting position, covering duties such as customer service, reception management, quality checking, data management, contract oversight and budget management.

Key Duties
  • Customer Service & Reception duties – Looking after visitors and incoming/outgoing telephone/email/postal communications as well as managing the front-of-house diary
  • Quality checking of certificates and ensuring data accuracy using our database; maintaining accurate manual and electronic records
  • Budget management in relation to office print/post/stationery
  • Develop a good understanding of office-based contracts and assistance in ongoing management of these contracts
Qualifications and Experience
  • Sound IT literacy including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment/work under pressure.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities and numeracy/ literacy/digital literacy skills Level 1 or above.
  • Welsh speaking language skills – desirable.
  • Achieved GCSEs or A Levels
