DISCOVER
An apprenticeship is a training program that combines on-the-job learning with classroom instruction. It is a way for individuals to gain practical skills and knowledge in a specific industry while working alongside experienced professionals.
During an apprenticeship, learners work under the guidance of a mentor or supervisor, who provides them with hands-on training. They learn the skills needed through real-world work experiences, completing tasks and projects related to the chosen sector.

ACHIEVE
Apprenticeships are typically structured courses that last for a specific duration, ranging from 12-24 months. Throughout the course, apprentices earn a wage as they gain experience and progress through the training.
At the end of the apprenticeship, apprentices often need to pass a final exam or assessment called EPA (End Point Assessment) to demonstrate their competence in the sector. After completing the program successfully, apprentices will receive a nationally recognised qualification which can enhance their career prospects and serve as proof of their skills.
We offer career pathways and progression from level 2 to level 5.
