Our free recruitment service

Our apprenticeship recruitment service is designed to help you find the right apprentice for your business, offering a personal, comprehensive and bespoke service. We have worked with hundreds of employers to deliver high quality apprenticeships in a range of sectors, including; Early Years, Adult Care and Dental.

We understand that employee recruitment is costly and time consuming. So will work with you to recruit, advertise, screen all applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and undertake

FOUR STEPS TO FINDING YOUR PERFECT APPRENTICE

STEP 1

Tell us your recruitment needs, when you want the role(s) to start and any special requirements you have. We will discuss with you your options and work together on a job description.

STEP 2

We’ll advertise the vacancies, screen and interview potential applicants based on your criteria and supply you with a number of suitable candidates to choose from.

STEP 3

The next step is interviews. We will arrange these for you at a time that suits you either online or face to face at a location of your choice or within the workplace setting. Here you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and get to know the potential apprentice.

STEP 4

Once you have appointed your new employee we will enrol them on to their apprenticeship programme, provide on-going support to them throughout their qualification, to ensure they are learning and becoming a valuable asset to your business.
