Employee recruitment is costly and we have therefore developed a free recruitment service to assist employers in recruiting new talent to their business.
How does it work?
The process from your perspective is simple. You tell us your recruitment needs, when you want the roles to start and any special requirements you may have. We will then advertise the vacancies, screen and interview potential applicants based on your criteria and supply you with a number of CVs to choose from. The next step is interviews. We will arrange these for you at a time that suits your requirements. Once you have appointed your new employee we will help you get them settled, start them on their Apprenticeship programme and visit them monthly to ensure they are learning and becoming a valuable asset to your business.
Are there any requirements when recruiting an Apprentice?
Yes, you will need to pay the Apprentice at least the National Minimum Wage for apprentices, although we encourage you to pay more than that if possible. The Apprentice will also need to be employed for a minimum of 30 hours per week and have a contract of employment in order for them to meet the requirements of the programme (some exceptions are allowed, please ask your advisor for details).
