Bespoke dental management apprenticeship training for your future practice managers.
The Practice Manager is responsible for managing all non-clinical aspects within a specified practice/s to achieve excellent patient care, quality, cost and delivery performance in line with practice strategy, goals and values. The Practice Manager leads the team by providing support and direction to enhance performance, skills and knowledge of all practice staff.
Develop your future practice managers with in-depth and tailor-made training giving them a comprehensive understanding of the principles of management within a dental environment which include underpinning industry regulations and guidance. This course provides individuals with an excellent opportunity to develop into a successful operational manager in a dental practice using knowledge learnt coupled with practical.

The individual will learn skills to develop and enable them to master tasks such as recruitment, human resources, patient care, marketing, quality assurance and risk management.

Who is this apprenticeship suitable for?
All apprentices starting the dental practice manager standard must hold a qualification at level 2 for Maths and English.

Can my existing staff start an apprenticeship?

How does the apprentice learn?
Apprentices do most of their learning at work and benefit from regular contact with their dedicated assigned assessor. There is coursework to be completed while on the course, which is to be submitted online, however, the knowledge to complete this is provided while learning inside your business.
How much do I have to pay an apprentice?
Apprentices must be paid at least the national minimum wage for apprentices if they are aged 19 and under or aged 19 and over and in their first year of an apprenticeship.
Apprentices are often paid higher amounts as their skills develop and we encourage employers to do so
